Co-founder
Christian Dial
Christian co-founded Dial Residential with a focus on authenticity and family. While his background includes leadership on over 30 projects totaling $900 million in value, he shifted his focus to smaller scale communities to build something with a crafted approach.
Christian views every development through a long-term lens, managing the full lifecycle – from acquisition to operations – to ensure each building integrates respectfully into the neighborhood. His goal is to create thoughtful, innovative communities that feel like home, not just cookie-cutter units.
A resident of Madeira, Ohio, Christian is happiest when he’s with his wife Sarah, chasing around Hallie, Eva, and Will, or walking Bear and Sonny on the trails. He loves the rhythm of family life, playing basketball, and exploring neighborhoods.

Taylor Dial
Taylor helped launch Dial Residential in 2020 with a vision to build multifamily communities that feel as uniquely personal as they are purposeful. With over a decade of experience developing ground-up projects at one of the country’s top multifamily firms, Taylor brings a deep skill set in development and design, construction, and execution to support and scale that vision alongside his brother and co-founder, Christian.
Taylor is involved in all facets of the company from development and construction through property management and daily operations, always aiming to create communities residents genuinely enjoy living in.
He lives in Plainfield, IN with his wife Barb, their son Caiden, daughters Palmer and Tatum, and their goldendoodle, Nash. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his kids in sports, catching basketball games (especially Caiden’s), fitting in a workout, and spending time with family and friends.

Michael Walsh
Michael represents the homegrown spirit of Dial Residential. A native of Madeira, OH, and a University of Cincinnati graduate (Finance & Real Estate, ‘25).
After starting as an intern in 2023 and becoming a vital part of the company, Michael joined full-time in 2026. He now wears multiple hats, bridging the gap between the office and communities by managing finance and accounting, daily operations, and investor relations.
With deep Cincinnati roots, Michael is a family guy first, staying close to his parents and three siblings while helping shape the future of his hometown.

Community Operations & Development Coordinator
Eileen Aber
Eileen serves as the heartbeat of Dial Residential’s daily operations and community experience. From coordinating move-ins to managing vendor relationships across the communities, Eileen handles the logistics that turn a building into a home. She works directly with the team to streamline leasing, maintenance workflows, and community communication, allowing our residents to enjoy a seamless living experience.
