Co-founder
Christian Dial
Christian possesses a proven track record of leadership in over 30 real estate projects throughout the United States with a value totaling over $900 million.
Christian is responsible for all aspects of the company’s development, financing, construction and acquisition and operations activities. Utilizing experience gained at some of the Country’s top multifamily firms, he began Dial Residential with a desire to build developments that provide unique and intimate settings that integrate with surrounding neighborhoods.
Christian lives in Madeira, Ohio with his wife Sarah, daughters Hallie and Eva, son Will, and dogs Bear and Sonny. He loves doing all dad things, basketball, and exploring neighborhoods in new cities.

Taylor Dial
Taylor helped launch Dial Residential in 2020 with a vision to build multifamily communities that feel as uniquely personal as they are purposeful. With over a decade of experience developing ground-up projects at one of the country’s top multifamily firms, Taylor brings a deep skill set in development and design, construction, and execution to support and scale that vision alongside his brother and co-founder, Christian.
Taylor is involved in all facets of the company from development and construction through property management and daily operations, always aiming to create communities residents genuinely enjoy living in.
He lives in Plainfield, IN with his wife Barb, their son Caiden, daughters Palmer and Tatum, and their goldendoodle, Nash. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his kids in sports, catching basketball games (especially Caiden’s), fitting in a workout, and spending time with family and friends.
