Dial Residential founder, Christian Dial possesses a proven track record of leadership in over 30 real estate projects throughout the United States with a value totaling over $900 million.

Christian is responsible for all aspects of the company’s development, financing, construction and acquisition and operation activities. Utilizing experience gained at some of the Country’s top multifamily firms, he began Dial Residential with a desire to build developments that provide unique and intimate settings that integrate with surrounding neighborhoods.

Christian lives in Madeira, Ohio with his wife Sarah, daughters Hallie and Eva, son Will, and dog Bear. He loves all dad things, playing basketball, and becoming an area expert in new cities.
